Our return policy is intended to be as fair to all of us as possible.
Cash/credit card refunds for unassembled/undamaged items, up to 30 days, with a 15% restocking fee.
Customer pays all freight charges.
NO refunds after 30 days.
If you have received a damaged unit, please follow the shipping company's instructions for filing a claim.
If you have a question or complaint, please attempt to resolve it via
Tech Support first!
